Site Preparation:
The project began with a thorough preparation of the site to ensure a strong foundation for the new paving. The original garden area, which consisted of grass and uneven surfaces, was completely removed. This initial clearance allowed for a clean and workable base. Following this, the ground was excavated to the appropriate depth, an essential step to provide long-term stability for the paving installation. Careful leveling and grading of the surface were carried out to ensure proper water drainage, preventing pooling and enhancing the durability of the finished surface. These preparatory steps laid the groundwork for a flawless and long-lasting installation.

Base Layer Installation:
With the site cleared and leveled, a robust sub-base layer was installed to provide the structural integrity necessary for supporting the paving. Crushed stone was compacted thoroughly, ensuring it was both stable and resistant to movement over time. On top of this, a layer of sharp sand was evenly applied and meticulously leveled. This layer acted as a smooth bedding for the granite paving blocks, allowing them to be laid with precision and ensuring a uniform appearance across the entire surface.

Paving Installation:
The core of the project involved laying high-quality granite blocks, chosen for their durability and natural beauty. These were carefully placed in a uniform pattern, creating a sleek and contemporary aesthetic that complemented the property. To add a touch of elegance, a charcoal border was incorporated around the edges. This contrast not only enhanced the visual appeal but also provided a defined frame for the paving. Finishing Touches:
To complete the installation, meticulous attention was given to the finer details. Kiln-dried sand was then brushed into the joints, locking the paving securely in place and enhancing its stability. Finally, the surface underwent compaction to achieve a perfectly level finish. This final step ensured that the paved area was not only visually appealing but also durable and ready for immediate use.
