A big thanks to Patrick and his team for a fantastic job.Following my first call to Carlton Drives and Patios, Patrick visited to give me a price quote, he gave me all the advise required and a time frame to which the job would commence.Six weeks later, as per the time frame his team arrived and within two days, working from morning until well after dusk through the cold and rain the job was completed.I now have a fantastic new drive and front garden.Everything was left clean and tidy, Patrick and his team have been complemented by my neighbours and a couple have mentioned that they will be using Carlton Patios for any future work.I would highly recommend Carlton Patios. Many thanks once again Patrick.

I called the team up after hearing good things from a family member. Patrick was swift to come out and came same day for a quote. Quote given at the time of visit and set a timeline of 6 weeks which was bang on for when they came out.Well what an amazing job his team did. They have my whole driveway up before lunch on the first day. The whole job took 2 days. I’m very grateful that the team let me have 15 minutes to myself to run a pipe under the drive for some electrics. All the stones lined up perfectly and there’s no weird slither of cuts. A channel drain fitted at the bottom of the drive ran into an existing drain. The precision of the slope and the angles are perfect and is fabulous compared to what it was before. They also fixed up the threshold between the drive and the pavement as it was an eyesore before and laid down some new asphalt.My negatives;When I got home from having the job done. The new drain was full of sand and I had to get it all out by hand. Not something you expect to do.The team have also stolen a couple of items straight out of my garden. The first time they were here, They stole my sweeping brush. The second time they were here - they stole my extension lead. So I pay £7k for a drive and then have to spend £50 to replace stolen items.

Carlton Paving have been fantastic from start to end. I contacted them only 6 weeks ago about my back garden patio being done and now it is already finished. Patrick was prompt to come out and quote - he came in only 2 days. He clearly knows what he is on about and spoke me through the entire job. I got them booked in at a time that suited me well - I’ve a baby on the way and they were really accommodating and fitting me in beforehand! They showed up exactly when they said. I didn’t have to sort anything extra at all like a skip - they sorted everything. His team of lads never stopped and are very hard working. All were polite and friendly and answered any questions I might have. Patrick checked on the project throughout and sorted any materials needed so the project was never delayed. It took them only 3 days and it looks amazing. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. All finishing touches like soil and gravel added at the end so the job is entirely done. The lads cleaned up every bit of mess made and had great attention to detail. 100% will be recommending them to anyone needing any garden work doing!! Progress photos at the end of each day added!

I had an old greenhouse base surrounded by an old fence. I wanted to create a patio surrounded by a new fence to create a seating area. I asked several local craftsman to do this this but all refused or did not quote. Patrick came said he could do the job gave me a quote on the same day. The finished construction is superb quality and done to the original quote. I would certainly recommend Patrick and all his team of workmen.

Patrick and his team installed a new driveway at the front and side of my property in just three days.He came out, took measurements and gave a quote. Once we had agreed a price he assured me it would be completed within the month.He gave a notice of a start date.Day 1 all the old drive and shrubs were removed.Day 2 the drainage channels were completed and hardcore base laid.Day 3 Paving was delivered and laid. Job done.The team worked very hard, were friendly and were very considerate when doing the work to neighbours.The work was completed to a very high standard.The attention to detail was excellent. For example the drain cover and water stop cover exactly in line with the bricks.I would definitely recommend Carlton Drives to family and friends.

Patrick came out walked through what we wanted then gave us a valuation and said he would carry out the work as soon as he could (weather dependent). True to his word a week later he called to say he could fit us. The men came and carried out clearing the area leaving no mess or debris. Three days later work completed just as we had agreed. I am really happy with the work carried out and more than happy with the turnaround from quote to completion. Due to the excellent work carried out i would highly recommend Carlton drives and patios.

Shopped around then found Patrick and his team, I had a lot of work to be carried out before our first born child appeared. Discussed having the entire perimeter of my property fenced, several 9 ft Conifers removed and disposed of, the front garden consisting of yet more Conifers, thick Heather and crumbling concrete walkways attended to and adjusting the front property wall to meet our new families needs.Patrick quoted a time schedule and cost....which I didn't think was possible, in 8 working days all building works (including snagging) were completed to our satisfaction, the team are polite, tidy and punctual, I honestly have no complaints and would highly recommended Cartlon Drives to anyone.

Can't thank these guys enough I had a blocked drain and had to take up some of the block paving to get it cleared.Patrick said don't worry we'll sort it and true to his word he did with no cost.

Had all the grass, shrubs and conifers remove and a block paving drive layed. Couldn't be happier. Promised they'd have it done before July and sure enough it's done. Can't quite believe how quickly they got it done.

An excellent team of workers replaced our drive with pavers and a path with Indian stone. It was a pleasure to watch the workmanship, and to see the final result, which was tailored to our requirements.
